Operations platform for a transport-service franchise
At its core, an AI reads PDF tour tenders with ever-changing layouts and turns them into structured data for costing and tour planning – outbound and return trips, passengers, special needs such as wheelchairs or escorts – all the way to a draft tour plan.

SoftCurve Studio – AI production platform
Sculptural 3D-printed objects, sold on Etsy. Behind them is a self-built platform: from product idea through image generation, 3D model, printability checks and slicing to marketplace listing, printing and shipping. Language models and Tencent Hunyuan3D for the 3D models work together through a distributed job queue.
About 950 commits in 11 days, backed by 2,100+ automated tests.

An AI agent explores web apps, websites or Excel files, writes a script for approval and records finished explainer videos with voice-over and subtitles – in 40+ languages.

AI-powered job platform (B2B SaaS)
Platform rebuild with semantic job search (embeddings and vector database), AI CV parsing, Stripe and pay-per-click billing, and integration of 120+ applicant tracking systems. Own data-centre infrastructure, later migrated to Google Cloud.
